Refund policy
As all the items we sell are perishable goods, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately and send us photos if any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can remedy the situation. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@powerkitchen.ca and we will make it right! We value your feedback and appreciate any thoughts on how we are doing.
Subscription’s charges happen every Thursday at 11pm for Sunday orders and every Sunday at 11pm for Wednesday orders. We kindly ask that you cancel your subscription before its renewal as we DO NOT issue refunds in these circumstances. You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account or reaching out to one of our customer representatives.
If you would like to cancel an ongoing order, you will receive a store credit that can be applied to any purchase in the future.
We try our best to be as accommodating as possible, but to provide the freshest food, we buy our ingredients and cook everything to order. For that reason, cancellations after our cut off on Fridays at 10am for Sunday orders and on Mondays at 10am for Wednesday orders are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations on delivery day are subject to a 50% fee. The remaining amount will be returned as a store credit.
